Terms & Conditions
1. Upon ordering, you automatically agree to abide by the T&C, and acknowledge your order may be cancelled if violated and you will be reported.
2. You also automatically agree to abide by the Discord Server rules, as stated in the Information Channel.
3. Viktorvio does not do any type of refunds. Please be certain with your order before purchasing.
3. Viktorvio is not concerned with nor related to any development issues, such as the game not getting as many attention/views.
4. Viktorvio does not do any type of work outside the field of the online gaming platform ROBLOX.
5. Viktorvio can do small edits and adjustments once the first version of the product is public. If you wish for any major changes (such as a FULL GFX redo), we have the rights to charge more for it. It is the customer's responsibility to ask for current production progress before it's too late.
6. Viktorvio currently only accepts ROBUX, and any other form of payment is not available and won't be counted.
7. The customer acknowledges that Viktorvio will potentially ask for more payment to overcome ROBLOX's tax system.
8. The customer acknowledges that Viktorvio will send a preview of the product with a watermark, and it only will be removed once the payment is completed.
9. Viktorvio does not accept payments later than 1 WEEK, and have the right to cancel the order whenever they want.
10. If the product does not meet the customer's satisfactions, they can cancel with the pay 30% of the original amount of robux, but will be acknowledged by all Roblox Development-Related communities for potential scam/abuse.
